01 / 03
Who runs the business day to day?
How many people work in it?
02 / BEFORE YOU SPEND ANYTHING

Two free
ways in.

Neither costs a thing and neither is a pitch.

03 / WHAT CHANGES

What changes after a day in the room.

Before the day

Guessing where AI fits.

  • Everything still runs through you.
  • Paying for tools nobody opens.
  • Starting over whenever technology changes.
After the day

Knowing what to build and why.

  • Systems your team owns and runs.
  • A setup connected to the work already happening.
  • Capability that compounds as tools change.
04 / WHO THIS IS FOR

For owners building
the next version of their business.

Built for business owners, and the person they send to run the systems. Not a talk about AI. A day spent building it.

This is for you if

You want AI working in the business, not talked about.

  • You have real work waiting, and you would rather build on that than on examples.
  • You want the work out of your head and the whole team running it.
  • You would rather own it than rent it every month or hand it to someone else.
  • You learn by doing, and one day in the room suits you better than a course.
You do not need

To know what to build before you come.

  • You bring the business context. We help identify what is worth building first, then build it with you.
  • No technical experience. The setup happens on your own laptop, with us beside you.
  • No experience with AI. People do not know how easy it can be until they are shown the right way.
05 / THE SCHEDULE
9am to 3pm Pacific

The shape
of the day.

This is the shape of every day. The hours are on each day’s ticket, and Cooper and Diego are in the room for all of it.

  1. 8:45am

    Arrival.

A quiet start, with your own laptop on the table.

  2. 9:00am

    The install.

Our own setup goes onto your laptop. The same one we build with every week, and the only install you will need.

  3. 10:00am

    Connected to your business.

The software you already run, wired in and working on real jobs.

  4. 11:00am

    Building, one on one.

Cooper and Diego at your table. You bring the business context. We build the first thing with you.

  5. 1:00pm

    The second build.

By now you have seen how it works. This one you drive, with us beside you.

  6. 2:30pm

    What the room built.

Everyone sees what landed, and what each of us does with it next.

  7. 3:00pm

    It leaves with you.

The setup and everything you built live on your own laptop.

06 / OWNERSHIP

Capability that compounds
as the tools change.

Installed and handed over in a day. The systems live on your own laptop, and the capability stays yours.

07 / THE ANVIL AI TEAM

Who you spend
the day with.

The same people who build these systems inside businesses are the ones sitting with you for the day.

Cooper Kennelly
Founder & CEO

Cooper Kennelly

Cooper started Anvil AI to help business owners adopt AI with confidence, from first step to business-wide transformation. He is the lead AI engineer on a 70-person team at Amazon, on systems that support $2.5 billion a year, and has shipped AI into defense systems where it is not allowed to break. He leads every engagement with the same goal: not AI businesses, but AI-capable ones.

Diego is an engineer and does the development work alongside Cooper. He spent two years building AWS Bedrock, the platform other companies’ AI runs on, across commercial and federal deployments. He works hands-on with clients to design, build and install the AI systems that make their businesses more capable, and to make sure that capability sticks long after the engagement ends.
